Professional appearance of the medical facility designed to carry out surgical procedures including the identification of those areas that need alteration to meet accrediting standards, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act, ADA (American Disability Act) regulations, NFPA codes local, state, or federal law. Assistance in application process & Initial credentialing and recredentialing of medical staff and physicians of the facility.

Assistance in the application process & Full training of staff and assistance for completion of tasks. Providing assistance for composing medical chart and other medical documents needed.

Facility Manuals & Logs
Manuals such as the Policy and Procedure, OSHA, Quality Assurance/Surveillance, HIPAA, CDC Guidelines, ADA Manual, Preventive Maintenance Logs, and the Surgical Case log will be provided.

High Quality Staffing

High Quality Staffing
A complete three (3) hours of annual in-service and full implementation of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Providing assistance for maintaining an updated SDS Manual. (Safety Data Sheet). Initial credentialing and re-credentialing of medical staff and physicians of the facility.

Audits Checklist

Audits Checklist
Random chart audits will be implemented every visit. Survey will be implemented to assure the standards are met. Presence on the day of the Initial Inspection.
